Track and Field – Seniors (over 20) & Veterans (over 35)


Find tailored training sessions for seniors and veterans, covering a range of track and field events to suit all levels of ability.

Training Times

Basic club sessions are between 6pm – 8pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays plus some other sessions depending on the group you are in.

  • Throws: Alan Brown

Circuit Training


Circuit training at Swindon Harriers offers a dynamic way to improve overall fitness. These sessions are highly effective for building strength, endurance, and conditioning, making them a valuable addition to any athlete’s routine. Disability Athletics


We offer a Special Olympics Inclusive Athletics session designed for young athletes aged 8–16 with a learning disability. This session aims to foster inclusivity and development, and we are always seeking coaches and volunteers to support these activities. Additionally, we coordinate and support various physical activity and sports sessions in Swindon tailored to individuals with disabilities.
