Neil England's Tuesday Training Group
Neil's group meets at the County Ground Track on Tuesdays at 6pm, session starting at 6:30. Neil's sessions are aimed at 'longer' middle distance athletes!
Howard Moscrop's group of sprinters, hurdlers and short middle distance runners train at the same time as Neil's group. If the two groups sessions are similar they may be run together - Howard's sessions tend to have fewer reps and longer recoveries than Neil's.
As there are often more than 20 athletes doing the session at the same time, Neil will usually split the runners into 2 or 3 groups of similar ability. Group 1 is generally the strongest group.
