Hi
I am 18 and am currently taking my A-levels. After my exams I am hoping to get back into athletics as I did some a couple of years ago with my school and would like to take it up again. I used to mostly take part in the sprints and jumps with triple jump being my best event but it has been a few years so I am not sure what ability I have kept. My exams finish on the 18th so I will be free to attend after that date but as i'm aware you have multiple training sessions for different groups I am unsure which would suit me best. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi,
I would suggest your best place to start would be with Tony Jackson on a Tuesday night. Tuesday night is the main club night at the County Ground Track so is easiest to start off on this night.
Tony coaches a sprints/jumps group of varied abilities so this will be fine for you to start back with. Tony's group normally meets for a 6pm start.
You can also see someone about joining the club on a Tuesday night or look under the membership tab on this website.
