Distance: 5K
Date: 20th Feb is a trial of a planned weekly race
simply turn up (no need to register for this trial)
What time; 9am.
Where; Lydiard Park (start near coffee shop)
This event is a trial event to see how it goes and if it goes well it will become a weekly event starting from 6th March.

I don't think there is a lower age limit as link shows which is what this race is organised through;
