The following are 'proposed' sessions and might vary depending on the weather, track conditions etc.

Tue 15/12/2009:    Groups 1 & 2:    14 * 400m, starting an effort every 2m 07s.
Group 3:    14 * 400m, starting an effort every 2¾ minutes.
N.B.    Neil will be away this week, so, Groups 1 & 2 will run together, led by Roger Bradley.

Tue 22/12/2009:    Group 1:    9 * 600m, starting an effort every 3m05s.
Group 2:    9 * 600m, starting an effort every 3½ minutes.
Group 3:    9 * 600m, starting an effort every 4¼ minutes.

Tue 29/12/2009:    "Whistle Stop" session - 4 * 6 'ish' minutes of variable timed efforts and variable jog recoveries 3 minutes between sets.

Tue 05/01/2010:    Group 1:    17 * 300m, starting an effort every 1m 20s.
Group 2:    17 * 300m, starting an effort every 1m 30s.
Group 3:    17 * 300m, starting an effort every 1m 45s.

Tue 12/01/2010:    Group 1:    11 * 500m, starting an effort every 2m 15s.
Group 2:    11 * 500m, starting an effort every 2m 35s.
Group 3:    11 * 500m, starting an effort every 3m 10s.

Tue 19/01/2010:    Group 1:    15 * 400m, starting an effort every 1m 45s.
Group 2:    15 * 400m, starting an effort every 2m 5s.
Group 3:    15 * 400m, starting an effort every 2m 30s.

Tue 26/01/2010:    Group 1:    2 sets of 15 * 200m, starting an effort every 1m 10s.
Group 2:    2 sets of 15 * 200m, starting an effort every 1m 25s.
Group 3:    2 sets of 15 * 200m, starting an effort every 1m 35s.
With 3 mins between sets for all Groups.
N.B.    Neil will, probably, be away this week, so, please, try to be disciplined and keep to the session.

Tue 02/02/2010:    Group 1:    17 * 300m, starting an effort every 1m 20s.
Group 2:    17 * 300m, starting an effort every 1m 30s.
Group 3:    17 * 300m, starting an effort every 1m 45s.

Tue 09/02/2010:    Group 1:    11 * 500m, starting an effort every 2m 15s.
Group 2:    11 * 500m, starting an effort every 2m 35s.
Group 3:    11 * 500m, starting an effort every 3m 10s.

Tue 16/02/2010:    Group 1:    15 * 400m, starting an effort every 1m 45s.
Group 2:    15 * 400m, starting an effort every 2m 5s.
Group 3:    15 * 400m, starting an effort every 2m 30s.

Tue 23/02/2010:    Group 1:    20 * 200m, starting an effort every 1m 10s; 2 mins rest;
10 * 200m, starting an effort every 1m 10s.
Group 2:    20 * 200m, starting an effort every 1m 25s; 2 mins rest;
10 * 200m, starting an effort every 1m 25s.
Group 3:    20 * 200m, starting an effort every 1m 35s; 2 mins rest;
10 * 200m, starting an effort every 1m 35s.

Tue 02/03/2010:    Group 1:    17 * 300m, starting an effort every 1m 20s.
Group 2:    17 * 300m, starting an effort every 1m 30s.
Group 3:    17 * 300m, starting an effort every 1m 45s.

Tue 09/03/2010:    Group 1:    11 * 500m, starting an effort every 2m 15s.
Group 2:    11 * 500m, starting an effort every 2m 35s.
Group 3:    11 * 500m, starting an effort every 3m 10s.

Tue 16/03/2010:    Group 1:    15 * 400m, starting an effort every 1m 45s.
Group 2:    15 * 400m, starting an effort every 2m 5s.

Tue 23/03/2010:    Group 1:    30 * 200m, starting an effort every 1m 10s.
Group 2:    30 * 200m, starting an effort every 1m 25s.
Group 3:    30 * 200m, starting an effort every 1m 35s.
