The following are 'proposed' sessions and might vary depending on the weather, track conditions etc.

Tue 06/10/2009:
17 * 300m off 1 minute off somebody in the middle of the group.
N.B.    Neil will be away this week, so, please, try to be disciplined and keep to the session.

Tue 13/10/2009:
11 * 500m off 1½ minutes off somebody in the middle of the group.
Tue 20/10/2009:
12 * 400m off 1¼ minutes off somebody in the middle of the group.
Tue 27/10/2009:
9 * 600m off 1¾ minutes off somebody in the middle of the group.

At this point it will be necessary to split into 3 groups, for most sessions.

Tue 03/11/2009:
Group 1:    17 * 300m, starting an effort every 1¾ minutes.
Group 2:    17 * 300m, starting an effort every 2 minutes.
Group 3:    17 * 300m, starting an effort every 2¼ minutes.
Tue 10/11/2009:
Group 1 :    11 * 500m, starting an effort every 2¾ minutes.
Group 2:    11 * 500m, starting an effort every 3¼ minutes.
Group 3:    11 * 500m, starting an effort every 3¾ minutes.
Tue 17/11/2009:
Group 1:    13 * 400m, starting an effort every 2¼ minutes.
Group 2:    13 * 400m, starting an effort every 2½ minutes.
Group 3:    13 * 400m, starting an effort every 3 minutes.
Tue 24/11/2009:
Group 1:    9 * 600m, starting an effort every 3m20s.
Group 2:    9 * 600m, starting an effort every 3¾ minutes.
Group 3:    9 * 600m, starting an effort every 4½ minutes.
Tue 01/12/2009:
Group 1:    17 * 300m, starting an effort every 1m35s.
Group 2:    17 * 300m, starting an effort every 1¾ minutes.
Group 3:    17 * 300m, starting an effort every 2 minutes.
Tue 08/12/2009:
Group 1 :    11 * 500m, starting an effort every 2½ minutes.
Group 2:    11 * 500m, starting an effort every 3 minutes.
Group 3:    11 * 500m, starting an effort every 3½ minutes.
Tue 15/12/2009:
Group 1:    14 * 400m, starting an effort every 2 minutes.
Group 2:    14 * 400m, starting an effort every 2¼ minutes.
Group 3:    14 * 400m, starting an effort every 2¾ minutes.
Tue 22/12/2009:
Group 1:    9 * 600m, starting an effort every 3m05s.
Group 2:    9 * 600m, starting an effort every 3½ minutes.
Group 3:    9 * 600m, starting an effort every 4¼ minutes.
Tue 29/12/2009:
"Whistle Stop" session - 4 * 6 'ish' minutes of variable timed efforts and variable jog recoveries 3 minutes between sets.
